cybercrop pages

Took part in the cybercrop at Uproar on the weekend had a theme of green as in recycling....

The challenge was to make 3 cards but had to be shaped.... and use metal on somewhere. So I traced the circle template onto bazzil and cut around with the wiggly scissors and inked then found scraps of pp and cut out half the circle and added to ring pulls of cans and a cuttlekids diecut..... The second card I traced around a mini album I haven't done yet

and made a cute little girl card and used the tilda stamp and on her dress I used the cuttlebug and cut out the flourish out of a milo tin foil seal... and stuck on the bottom of her dress.....
Did the same for this card only it was little overalls and cut out the buttons with scraps of the milo foil.... and used cuttlkids die cut.....

had to do a mono green LO for this challenge so used more scraps out of stash mostly dcwv pp.

this challenge Lisa put up a picture we had to take inspiration from so I chose the colours and a few elements that were on the picture.....

An Uproar2scrapmore monthly challenge had to have 3 circles and and buttons and striped pp..... so I stamped the border and cut up kaiser pp to make the circles and used bg and pink paislee alpha letters.....

Challenge from RSS to use black cs, pink and green and bling also handcutting so I used bg pp to do this LO...

A song challenge at Debs sponsered by songbird scraps the song is Your Song - Elton John which is in my playlist......

A card I made with a set of new stamps, I stayed up way to late on the day they came.
I used Distress Ink to do the stamping with.....

Bling it on Magnolia challenge #4

Bling was the only requirement for this challenge so I got my glitz to work, and added to the flowers, crystalina and gold in the centre along with a rhinestone.... also added glitz to tilda's hair tie, shoes, pocket and a little bit on her dress..........also a little bit around the large circle............

I used K&Co pp, and stamped the background of the card again.

I used pink paislee pp, and flourish cut from dcwv, rubons, thickers, and bling.....lace and buttons.

latest stuff to share...

OTP challenge over at RSS ......... we had to alter something from the home, use paint, minimum of 13 flowers and beads.......... I used kaiser pp and paint, gt flowers with beads stuck down in the centre and a bit of glitz on top of them... and painted around all the edges...... and used tilda and edwin and mure as the folder is to store my magnolia stamps in and getting a little collection of them now.....

the before view....... I have got another 2 or 3 of these folders so may fix them one day as well.....

Challenge from Debs...... had to make a LO from the song Flame Trees its on my sidebar if you want to listen..... so my interpretation was a sentimental journey and it took me ages to find a photo I ended up using one of pop B old school bus..... we also had to have red cs back.... at least 3 birds..... and a tree....... a life quote was the last requirement....challenge from Lexie at Debs site..... it was a number challenge were only allowed to use five things not counting the cs..... so I used lace, sewing, flowers, brads and patterned paper...

It is Pauly playing dressups when she was about 3/4 .........
The master blaster comp at debs this month was to create a Aussie slang title LO and also to have a B&W photo, a piece of string, a pair of thongs on the LO and a fair dinkum, dead set, for real slang title.....

Challenge #3

Must have at least one yellow ribbon
Has to be Tilda.
And last of all has to have a flower.

Got this new stamp in todays mail so just had to have a play... I also got my first edwin.

I used the hero arts background stamp on the back of the card it belongs to kata so on a tuesday I can get to use it, thanks Kata. The yellow ribbon is up the side and flowers on bottom and tilda is holding one I put a hero art flower on top of the tilda's rose....

Negative space challengePaint challenge ......... only used paint a bit of tulle found on the ground, tim holtz tickets and letters from go-lo and carolee letters and pink paislee numbers. the image was from a swap.

didn't add any pattern paper as couldn't find any that went with the paint......

A sketch challenge the sketch was a Beggahuna one..........

I used paint again since it was out and pink paislee pp, and flowers GT, sizzix flourish, glitz on the letters and large flower, Jess and Nan B in 1991.

I also made myself a new blog header which you probably seen if not just look up, I have been going to do it for ages finally got around to it....

Magnolia challenge #2

This challenge was ribbons :-

Getting tangled up in ribbons…. We ask that you try and use 5 ribbons - more if you are able. All in different colours or at least different shades. Once again remember they can be stamped etc. But for this one we would like to see a few actual ribbons

So I have used 5 different ribbons...... I own a lot of ribbons but I just collect it I rarely use on layouts and cards so struggled a bit did do a practice one I will upload that later as haven't taken a photo of it yet but this would be the better of the 2.......... but Tilda looks cute on anything.......

This is challenge #5 had to use shades of blue and the word blue had to be in the title somewhere. Do you think I could find teen boy blue papers in my stash anywhere so I had to make it up with stamps and blue and white bazzil, also added grungeboard letters and skull and arrow, sizzix letters and bit of mesh plastic stuff and a dog tag from jeans for genes day.... Challenge # 3

had to have cuppuccino colours, hand cutting and stitches..... These colours always remind me of heritage pages so had this pic printed up ages ago of great great grandma Bowman.....

My mum again just love old photo portraits like this so have done this one before but a bit different same pp though.

That's all the layouts I done from the cybercrop not to bad I done 8 out of 9 challenges.... we had till wednesday to complete them....... Now I have my own computer back I can catch up on a lot of challenges from Debs site.

RSS cybercrop LO's

This one wasn't for the cybercrop but done it on Thursday night (layed it out) and stuck it on Fri. I done this for songbird scrap challenge still have to email it to them......... Challenge #4

This one is for the cc....... done it this afternoon at the RSL with Kata and mum went this time and she made 2 cards.... I made this canvas (5x7) for Aunty June's BDay present and a matching card as well.......

Wipeout challenge #4 had to use stripes, have orange and yellow in LO, blue either title or journalling not the embelly, so ended up using scraps from the other wipeout challenge which is about to go up too.wipeout #3 had to have a peek-a-boo or secret flap somewhere and stamping so ended up doing a christmas LO from 2007 also had to include something from the uproar store..... I am limited with photo's ATM as still have my mum's computer get mine back on Wednesday.......

wipeout #2 had to draw a sketch first then do the LO from the sketch....... since added another stripe to this layout so have 2 going up and 2 going across...... it also had to have silver, 2 horizontal 12x12 strips of pp any width, and hearts....

The first cj through the LSS......It is themed on Travel, Journey or Vacation...... In the front of her journal we have to pick one of the meanings of the word and work from that, as we don't travel to far from home and our vacations usually end up as camping trips over the dam which is only a 40 min drive away maybe a couple of times a year usually in the months we don't have fire bans so we can cook a leg of lamb in the camp oven......yumm!! Jess usually takes some good scenic pics from these trips so it ended up looking okay.......

Wipeout game 5

Wipeout Game 5 round 1 began yesterday the requirements:-

12x12 LO, main colours - brown, white, black and cream and can add 1 other colour, I added lilac, and a bear on the LO somewhere. I was going through some photo discs my cousin Susan gave me and came across this adorable photo of her at 15 months, so Sue if you are reading this can you give me a year I can add to this LO. The bear is a Bosskut die cut and its cut out of brown paper and inked.
